We are a Haifa-based non-profit initiative dedicated
to fostering political culture through civic education
within the Russian-speaking community in Israel and
beyond. Through education, advocacy, and global
collaboration, we strive to build a more inclusive and
democratic world.

Our commitment is to the peaceful and democratic
development of society. We support democratic voices
within the Russian-speaking community in Israel. Through
our efforts, we empower individuals and groups to actively
shape their communities, support their members, and
advocate for their rights.
Our mission and vision
We work to strengthen the connections between like-
minded individuals within Israel and around the world. By
facilitating mutual exchanges of experience and offering
expert knowledge, we aim to build a robust network that
amplifies democratic values and practices in Israel and
across borders. Our efforts are dedicated to creating a
global community where shared knowledge and
collaboration drive the advancement of democracy.

Cross-Cultural Connections: We facilitate meaningful exchanges
between Russian-speaking communities in Germany and Israel,
fostering understanding and cooperation.
Partnerships for Peace: Through partnerships with academic and
cultural institutions, we advance peace and democratic values via
cultural exchange programs.
Women's Empowerment: Our tailored programs and psychological
support empower women, equipping them with tools for resilience and
recovery.
Advocacy: We champion the rights of marginalized communities,
ensuring their voices are heard in public and political discourse. Our
advocacy initiatives focus on the protection of human rights both in
Israel and on the international stage.
Bridging Cultures for Peace and Empowerment
Our organization highlights
Since 2019, with support of DIZF Foundation, we have been
actively involved in fostering connections within the
international community of Russian-speaking immigrants.
Together with NADAV Foundation, we also work to raise
awareness among our community members about current
social and political issues in Israel. One of our top priorities is
the support and integration of newly immigrated individuals
into Israeli civil society through educational programs, training
sessions, and networking events. Currently, with the
assistance of local businesses, regular screenings of the
Israeli Cinema Club are held, offering a closer look at the
history and culture of Israeli society.
Fostering Democracy & Peace
More than Support, is an initiative, organized in
cooperation with mental health professionals, dedicated to
helping women navigate the immigration process by
fostering integration and psychological well-being. In
collaboration with Haifa’s Feminist Center Isha l'Isha, we
offered support groups for women facing challenges such
as maternity, self-esteem, and adapting to a new society.
Through More than Support, we strive to create a safe and
inclusive space where women can share experiences,
receive emotional support, and build strong networks for
mutual empowerment.

Gathering Point : Stand with Political
Prisoners
Following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we helped to
establish Gathering Point —a group of Russian immigrants who
oppose the war in Ukraine and support political prisoners in
Russia. This initiative is part of a global movement of politically
and socially active individuals of Russian origin committed to
civic engagement. Our community works to raise awareness
about the situation in Russia by organizing rallies, public events,
and letter-writing campaigns for political prisoners. Through our
efforts, we foster unity, civic engagement, and the protection of
human rights. We advocate for a peaceful agenda and the
promotion of democratic values, striving for a more just and
inclusive society.
